Brendancame to me a while back with a wild idea for a book or zine. I think it was a book about porn dvd covers. I forget why we didn't do it. Maybe the timing was wrong or something. I'd seen his previous book and I loved it. Back then I didn't know him personally, but now I do, and getting to know him has given me a deeper understanding of his excellent work. He is an archivist by practice. Every image you see in his work, he owns in physical form. He is one of my favorite visual artists. Orion is, in my opinion, his best work yet.
I am honored to publish this book with and for him, and to include a really perfect foreword by legend and book Jesse Pearson.
